Citrix Installation and Setup Instructions

Citrix Receiver Installation for Computers

1. Make sure you have Internet Explorer 10 or higher or Safari 6 or higher for Mac
2. Go to the Virtual Desktop link under either Staff or Student links, use your computer login and password
3. You may be prompted to install the receiver application. You do not need to install this, just click log on
4. If you had installed the receiver already, you may want to uninstall it if you are unable to connect. You can do that in the Control panel.

Bring Your Own Technology : BYOT

Green Local Schools is excited to adapt our current technology program to include a Bring Your Own Technology program for grades 5-12. This will allow students to use the technology that they are most familiar with to aid in the learning process. By no means are we requiring anyone to purchase and/or bring technology unless they are comfortable doing so. We have asked The Computer Guys (http://www.e-wooster.com), located next to Sam's Pizza, to provide affordable technology for anyone that wishes to purchase it.
